The Sheltersuit Bomber Jacket is an oversized, reversible design, crafted in our social atelier. Each bomber is made from carefully selected used sleeping bags, which means no two jackets are ever the same. Every piece has its own colour combinations and patterns. This exclusive limited-edition jacket is created through upcycling, not mass production. What you wear is the result of thoughtful craftsmanship, where individuality and impact go hand in hand.

In our atelier, makers from countries such as Syria, Eritrea, and Ukraine are given a meaningful opportunity to work, rebuild their future, and create products that carry warmth, protection, and dignity. Here, both people and materials get a second chance to become something valuable.

The reversible design reflects a journey from struggle to hope: dark, clean, and understated on the outside; colourful, open, and full of life on the inside. The inner lining is made from used sleeping bags, each with its own history, colour, and pattern, making every bomber subtly one of a kind.

With each purchase, you help fund the production of new Sheltersuits — water- and windproof jackets that can be expanded into a sleeping bag for people experiencing homelessness.
